The Altar Services Ministry is dedicated to supporting the celebration of the Holy Qurbana and other liturgical services of our parish. Through reverence, commitment, and faithful service, the ministry helps create a prayerful and dignified atmosphere at the altar.
Our altar servers assist the priest and deacon during the Holy Qurbana, preparing the altar and sacred vessels, carrying the cross and candles, and participating attentively throughout the liturgy. Their service is an opportunity for young people to grow in faith, discipline, responsibility, and a deeper love for the Eucharist.
The ministry seeks to nurture a spirit of devotion and teamwork, encouraging our children and young people to serve the Church with joy and humility. Through their dedicated service at the altar, they become active participants in the liturgical life of Our Lady Queen of Peace Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Liverpool.
